Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of K Limousine's (Khemiri Limousine, CHE-217.133.797) private transfer and chauffeur services.

Bookings

Quoted fares are fixed for the route, vehicle and trip type shown at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. A booking is considered confirmed once we have acknowledged it and, where applicable, received the requested deposit.

Deposits & payment

Where a deposit is requested, it is payable by secure card payment via Stripe. The remaining balance is payable before pickup or directly to your chauffeur, unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or amend a booking. Deposit refund conditions depend on how much notice is given — contact us for details specific to your booking.

Liability

K Limousine carries appropriate professional insurance for passenger transport. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, traffic, flight delays).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
